3. Vienna State Opera – Important Notice
Orders for performances at the Vienna State Opera taking place more than two months in advance will be processed only from the first day of the respective official sales month, in accordance with the Vienna State Opera's sales policy and subject to ticket availability.

3a).Performance Timetables
Performance schedules for Vienna's opera houses are generally published at least **one month prior to the performance date**.
As soon as the official schedules become available, they will be updated on our website.

4. Delivery
Tickets may be provided in one of the following ways:

* E-Ticket / Mobile Ticket
* Print-at-Home Ticket
* Postal Delivery
* Box Office Collection
A valid passport or photo ID, together with the booking confirmation, may be required for ticket collection or admission.

5.Special Conditions for Categories 7, 8 and 9 – Vienna State Opera

For tickets in Categories 7, 8 and 9 at the Vienna State Opera, our standard 30% service fee does not apply.

Due to the comparatively low face value of these tickets and the administrative effort involved in ticket procurement, order processing, customer support, payment processing, and ticket delivery, a separate service and handling fee may apply.

The total price, including all applicable service and handling fees, will always be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the stated total price.

Ticket availability for Categories 7, 8 and 9 is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

 6. Event Changes
Programs, casts, dates, seating arrangements, and performance schedules are subject to change by the event organizer.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, refunds are subject exclusively to the policy of the respective organizer.
Service, procurement, and processing fees are non-refundable.

7. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Austrian Consumer Protection Law (§18 FAGG), tickets for events with a fixed date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
All ticket purchases are therefore final and binding.

8. Liability
vtc Ticketservice e.U / Vienna Tickets / vienna.tickets is not the event organizer and accepts no liability for cancellations, program changes, cast changes, seating modifications, or any decisions made by organizers or venues.

9. Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time.
All published prices include our service and procurement fees but **do not include shipping costs**, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please note that the final ticket price may differ from the original face value.

For performances featuring internationally renowned artists, guest stars, gala events, premieres, or special productions, ticket prices may significantly exceed the original face value and may be **100% higher or more**, depending on demand and market availability.

Price differences may also result from procurement costs, organizational factors, or contractual agreements between **vtc Ticketservice e.U / vienna.tickets** and the respective event organizer.

9a).Shipping Fees

10. Seating Requests for Families and Groups
For performances at the Vienna State Opera, Volksoper Wien, theatres, and the Spanish Riding School, vtc Ticketservice e.U / Vienna Tickets / vienna.tickets always makes every reasonable effort to reserve adjacent seats for families and groups of five or more people.

If adjacent seats are no longer available due to limited availability, we will arrange the seats as close together as possible, for example in combinations such as 2 + 3, 3 + 3, 2 + 2 + 2, or similar seating arrangements.

Our goal is to ensure that your group remains as close together as possible and is not separated into different areas of the venue. However, adjacent seating cannot be guaranteed and is always subject to ticket availability and the seating policies of the respective venue or event organizer.

12. Copyright and Use of Website Content
All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and other media, is protected by copyright and remains the property of vtc Ticketservice e.U / Vienna Tickets / vienna.tickets, unless otherwise stated.

Downloading, copying, storing, reproducing, publishing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using any content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the use of our content for commercial purposes, misleading representations, or any other unauthorized or abusive use is expressly prohibited.

In the event of any infringement, we reserve the right to take all available civil and criminal legal action in accordance with applicable law.
